Pupil Leadership
The children are given a range of opportunities to develop their leadership skills. We have active School Councillors, Digital Leaders, Sports Ambassadors and Young Worship Leaders.
Through these leadership experiences the children develop responsibility, independence, team work, public speaking skills and get to have a greater say over matters that affect school life. This helps us to continually make further improvements to our school and gives all of the children a voice.
Charity Fundraising
Apart from the activities of the Friends of the School that benefit the children of Sutton Veny School, the school also supports the work of a small number of charities each year. We see this as an important part of education, encouraging the children to work towards the needs of others.
