Mrs Sealy has responsibility for Mathematics, Early Years, Pre-school liaison and Music, and has been instrumental (!!!) in enriching our music provision introducing voice tuition across the school and teaching a tuned instrument at Key Stage 2. This means that our children at Sutton Veny have their full entitlement as set out in the Music Manifesto. In her role as Deputy Headteacher , Mrs Sealy leads the curriculum and is responsible for analysis of pupil and school data.

With responsibility for Art and Design Technology, Mrs Anstey ensures the school has a range of displays of work to reflect the children’s achievements across the curriculum. With responsibility for the quality of Art in the school, Mrs Anstey ensured that we gained ARTSMARK silver award in 2008.

Mrs Dale is subject leader for ICT and singing across the school. Mrs Dale takes a lead in ensuring children have opportunities for singing within and without the school and leads a number of area initiatives in this aspect (Carol roadshow, International evenings, St Lawrence chapel). With our newly refurbished ICT suite, Mrs Dale is our resident ICT expert!

Mrs Landry is responsible for the PE curriculum, and PE provision, the School Sports Partnership and KS1 Sats, in addition to her duties as Assistant Headteacher with extended services (clubs, village hall, travel plans) FOS events and activities and Staff training and development. The school has consistently gained ACTIVEMARK since 2005 with Mrs Landry ensuring full coverage of children’s PE entitlement is provided.

Mrs Boyd is subject leader for History, RE, PSE and has responsibility for the Healthy Schools Initiative, successfully gaining the award in 2004, revalidated in 2007. Mrs Boyd co-ordinates social and emotional development activities in school and is currently developing her knowledge through training with the Local Authority in this area.
